一、试验目的实验小鼠体表螨病是较普遍的,在管理不善时感染率可达80％～100％。灭螨胺是我院合成的一种新的杀螨剂,对小鼠急性口服毒性为6300～6700mg/kg,对鲤鱼的TLM值为1008ppm,是一种高效、安全,经济的新型杀螨剂。本试验目的是探索灭螨胺对于小鼠体表螨及卵的杀灭效果。二、试验方法 (一)药剂:灭螨胺,纯度为90％。微黄色,粉末状,结构式:CLCH_2SO_2NH_2,易溶于水、醇等液体中,较稳定,不易被紫外线分解。
