“血瘀”动物实验模型的研制,对阐明祖国医学“血瘀”实质及活血化瘀治则研究有重要意义。根据“负重努力,登高坠下,皆致蓄血”记载,以20只大耳兔为实验对象,在离心机上造成正加速度惯性力为致瘀因素,按田氏等动物微循环实验法,应用 WDX-811-Ⅱ型闭路电视系统显微镜(配录像摄相装置),记录同步联合观测离心前后内脏与体表微循环改变进行分析对比。结果:离心后位于心脏以下部位肠系膜及后肢皮肤微循环变化是管径增宽,血流减慢或停止,红细胞凝聚,血栓形或,血管周围渗出或出血;心脏以上部位
The development of the “bloody” animal experiment model is of great significance to elucidating the essence of “Chinese medicine” blood stasis and the study of the principle of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. According to the “Effects of weight-bearing efforts, climbing up and falling down, all result in blood accumulation”, 20 big-eared rabbits were used as experimental objects, and positive acceleration inertia force was caused by deuterium on the centrifuge, and Tian’s animal microcirculation test was used.
