近年来,国内外资料①②③证明,微量元素在人的生长发育及疾病过程中起着重要作用。缺锌后可引起一系列生理功能异常,免疫功能低下等,以致引起各种疾病,有关小儿锌营养状况与疾病的关系报告较多④⑤,但小儿肺门淋巴结核与微量元素之间的关系在省内还未见研究报导。我们发现微量元素锌与该病有一定的关系,患儿头发锌含量偏低。经配合抗痨药物并服用硫酸锌糖浆治疗,在临床上获得了较好的效果。
