中央人民政府文化部发布了关于加强对民间职业剧团的领导和管理的指示。这个指示指出了民间职业剧团的努力方向,强调了各级政府文化主管部门对民间职业剧团的领导责任,这对於发展我国戏剧事业,使之更好地服务国家过渡时期的总任务,是有积极意义的。目前,民间职业剧团的队伍非常庞大,每天联系着数以百万计的广大群众,影响着人民的精神生活。几年来,由於戏曲改革政策的推行,广大艺人的社会地位和政治觉悟的提高,各地民间职业剧团的面貌发生了很大的变化;不但上演剧目和舞台形象有了革新,剧团内部关系也有了改变。艺人们已经摆脱了受业主僱傭的剥削关系,大多数剧团已由艺人自己合作经营。
The Ministry of Culture of the Central People’s Government promulgated instructions on strengthening the leadership and management of private professional troupes. This directive points out the direction of efforts of private professional troupes and emphasizes the leadership responsibility of the cultural departments at all levels for private professional troupes. This is the task of developing the cause of Chinese drama and better serving the country’s transitional period Positive meaning. At present, the private professional theater troupes have a huge contingent of people who contact millions of people each day and affect the spiritual life of the people. Over the past few years, due to the implementation of the policy of drama reform and the enhancement of the social status and political consciousness of a large number of artists, the appearance of non-governmental professional troupes in various places has undergone tremendous changes. Not only the repertoire and stage image have been renovated, but also the internal relations have been changed . The artisans have escaped exploitation by employers and most theatrical troupes have been run by artists themselves.
