目的 :探讨丹仙康骨胶囊 (下称康骨胶囊 )促进骨折愈合作用与血清内生长激素 (GH)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及血钙的关系。方法 :制作大鼠胫骨骨折模型 ,以康骨胶囊灌胃 (PO)于骨折后 7、1 4、2 1、2 8天分别股静脉取血 ,用鼠 GH放免试剂盒 ,测定血清 GH浓度 ,用全自动生化分析仪测定血清 AKP及血钙含量。结果表明骨折后服用康骨胶囊大鼠血清 GH浓度增高 ,血清 AKP活性增强 ,而血钙降低。结论 :以上结果是康骨胶囊促进骨折愈合作用机理
Objective: To explore the relationship between Danxian Kang bone capsule (hereinafter referred to as Kang bone capsule) and the promotion of fracture healing and the serum levels of growth hormone (GH), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and serum calcium. Methods: The rat model of tibia fracture was made. The blood was taken from the femoral vein on 7, 14, 2, Serum AKP and serum calcium levels were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The results showed that after taking the Capsule Kanggu capsule serum GH concentration increased serum AKP activity increased, while serum calcium decreased. Conclusion: The above result is that Kanggu capsule can promote fracture healing mechanism
