环氧砂浆粘贴橡皮防止永久缝漏水

我省龙溪河回龙寨引水式电站最大水头22.0米,引用流量106米~3/秒。钢筋混凝土高压管道长28.45米,直径2.93米(图1、2)。高压管道与水轮机蜗壳衔接处设永久缝、缝内曾用铜片沥青油毛毡止水(见图2)。 电站运行后不久便出现漏水。由于永久缝通过水泵房,使得房内大量积水,影响到水轮机层安全操作,多年未找到合适的处理方法。一度用沥青麻丝填字,但未奏效。1980年对1~#机水泵房伸缩缝处又采用环氧砂浆
