一、前言水电站引水隧洞和高压管道设计与施工时,通常都需要进行现场试验以获得准确的岩石弹性抗力系数,在模拟隧洞中进行压水试验观测其径向和切向变形。由于隧洞径向变形量很小,传感器又需长期在高压水中工作,要求传感器只感受隧洞的变形,而不受水压变化的影响,并能遥测,因此对传感器的要求较高。为满足工程建设需要,研制成SB-1型隧洞变形仪。
I. Introduction In the design and construction of diversion tunnels and high-pressure pipelines of hydropower stations, field tests are usually required to obtain accurate rock elastic resistance coefficients. The radial pressure and tangential deformation of the tunnels are simulated by water pressure test in a simulated tunnel. Due to the small amount of radial deformation of the tunnel, the sensor needs long-term work in high pressure water. It is required that the sensor only experience the deformation of the tunnel without being influenced by the hydraulic pressure change and can be telemetered, therefore, the sensor has higher requirements. To meet the needs of construction, developed into SB-1 tunnel deforming instrument.
