随着时代的发展,行政管理学的教学理念在不断更新。为了跟上时代的脚步,以及提升学生们的综合水平。在高校行政管理学课程中引入了案例教学法的教学模式。它最早起源于19世纪的美国。随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,我国高校对案例教学法在行政管理学中的运用越来越重视,但是还存在着许多问题。本文针对目前我国高校在行政管理案例教学中存在的问题进行分析探讨,并对如何提升案例教学法在行政管理学中的运用水平提出了相关改进措施。
With the development of the times, the teaching philosophy of administration management is constantly updated. In order to keep pace with the times and improve the overall level of students. Introduced the teaching method of case teaching method in the course of college administration management. It originated in the 19th century, the United States. With the gradual deepening of China’s reform and opening up, our country colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the application of case teaching method in administration, but there are still many problems. In this paper, we analyze and discuss the existing problems in the teaching of administrative management in colleges and universities in our country, and put forward the corrective measures to improve the application of case teaching method in administrative management.
