运用压印连接技术制备了镀锌钢板单搭接头和T型接头,对单搭接头进行了拉伸-剪切试验,对T型接头进行了剥离试验。运用MATLAB R2014b软件对试验数据进行了分析,并运用扫描电子显微镜对接头断口进行了微观分析。结果表明:T型接头最大失效载荷均值为834.4 N,单搭接头为2747.8 N。单搭接头能量吸收值为3.324 J,T型接头为18.712 J。单搭接头与T型接头均为颈部断裂失效,两种断口都存在韧性断裂和脆性断裂两种特征。
The single-lap joints and T-joints of galvanized steel sheets were prepared by imprinting technique. The tensile and shear tests of single-lap joints were carried out. The T-joints were peeled off. The experimental data were analyzed by using MATLAB R2014b software, and the fracture of the joint was analyzed microscopically by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the maximum failure load of T-joints is 834.4 N and that of single-joint is 2747.8 N. The energy absorption value of the single-lap joint is 3.324J, and the T-joint is 18.712J. Both the single-lap joint and the T-joint are neck-break failure, and both fracture characteristics are ductile fracture and brittle fracture.
