在非甾体抗炎药领域内,寻找新的具有镇痛抗炎活性的物质具有现实意义。过去几年中,此项研究主要集中在芳基烷酸及芳基羧酸方面。作者在合成解痉及抗震颤麻痹症药物时已在异二氢吲(?)衍生物方面工作多年,并认为此类化合物具有一些药物化学上尚未充分研究的、有意义的特性。本文中,作者报导一系列具有下列结构的非甾体新抗炎药的合成,并试验了它们的抗炎和镇痛活性。
In the field of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the search for new substances with analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity is of practical significance. In the past few years, this research has mainly focused on arylalkanoic acids and aryl carboxylic acids. The authors have been working on isoindolone derivatives for many years in the synthesis of antispasmodic and antiparkinsonian drugs and considered that such compounds have some interesting properties that have not been adequately studied in the medicinal chemistry. Here, the authors report the synthesis of a series of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with the following structures and tested their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities.
