近年来文献上对使用青霉素发生副作用有相繼的报导;有时造成很严重的反应,甚至致死。常見的青霉素反应可以出現体温升高、痙攣、肌痛、面部浮腫、紫癍、作庠及蕁麻疹。按氏(1954)10年来的观察,当使用青霉素治疗时有半数病人发生副作用。氏指出有0.56-5.7％的病人发生青霉素治疗时的副作用及合并症。(1953);(1954)、(1954),及(1954)等氏报告了用青霉素致死的病例。国外文献近5年来报导78例由使用抗生素致死,其中最多的是由青
In recent years, the literature on the use of penicillin side effects have been reported; sometimes caused a very serious reaction, or even death. Common penicillin reaction can occur with body temperature, spasms, myalgia, facial edema, aster, purple and urticaria.
