近年来,四川省巴中市高度重视区域应急联动机制建设,在制定秦巴山区和川东北城市群战略发展规划时,综合考虑交通路网、防灾减灾设施、应急物资储备库、应急队伍联动协作等方面规划建设,将应急联动建设纳入地区战略发展规划,不断促进市域内外、军地之间应急联动。该市建立了秦巴山片区、川东北区域和市域内3个层面的应急联动机制。秦巴山片区逐步建立和完善联防联控机制和相互支援机制。
