目的:建立阿片类化合物中主要杂质氮氧化物的鉴别溶液,解决国内缺少该类杂质对照品的问题。方法:选择盐酸纳洛酮、磷酸可待因、盐酸氢可酮、蒂巴因、盐酸羟考酮5种代表性的阿片类化合物,采用溶剂溶解,双氧水加热破坏的方法得到氮氧化物的鉴别溶液,并采用UPLC-MS/MS法进行验证。结果:经UPLC-MS/MS验证,基本确定破坏得到了5种阿片类化合物的氮氧化物鉴别溶液。结论:该方法简便、准确,可推广应用于阿片类化合物中主要杂质氮氧化物的定位鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the identification solution of nitrogen oxides, the main impurity in opioid compounds, and to solve the problem of lack of reference substance of such impurities in China. METHODS: Five representative opioid compounds, naloxone hydrochloride, codeine phosphate, hydrocodone hydrochloride, dicaline, and oxycodone hydrochloride, were selected and identified by the method of solvent dissolution and hydrogen peroxide destruction by heating Solution and verified by UPLC-MS / MS method. Results: According to the UPLC-MS / MS verification, five oxynitride identification solutions of opioid were obtained. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be applied to the identification of the main impurity nitrogen oxides in opioids.
