介绍了一种新型煤矿水仓专用轻型淤煤装载机的结构设计和重要零件的有限元强度校核。该装载机能在提高煤矿水仓清理效率的同时,大大提高水仓清理作业的安全性,能有效减少和避免由于透水造成水仓人身伤亡事故的发生。
This paper introduces the structural design of a new type of light silt loader for coal mines and the finite element strength check of important parts. The loader can improve the cleaning efficiency of the coal bunker, greatly improve the safety of the water bunker cleaning operation, and can effectively reduce and avoid the occurrence of the casualty of water tank caused by water permeation.
