近年来,成组技术发展迅猛,已有效地应用于工厂企业的产品设计、制造工艺和生产管理之中。它和数控、计算机相结合,应用更广,成效更显著,被公认为机械制造业多品种、中小批量生产技术改造的方向,也是提高经济效益的重要途径。我厂属于典型的多品种、中小批量生产范畴,因此,成组技术同样是我厂技术改造的方向。下面谈一些看法,供讨论。 一、我厂生产的特点 我厂生产的特点,概括起来,主要有这样几个方面: 1.产品品种多变,产量小。我厂的产品要求更新换代极为迫切,随着科学技术的发展和国际形势的不断变化,更新换代的周期更为缩短。由此必然导致我厂产品的多样性和多变性。我厂产品结构庞大,制造技术复
