目的:总结护理人员分层管理模式对提高护理质量的效果。方法:选取我院5个病区的临床护士72名,对其实施分层管理。根据护理人员不同的资历、学历、职称、工作能力及不同的岗位职责,统计分析分层管理实施前后护士及患者对护理工作的满意率,分析分层管理前后护理质量、服务态度、基础护理、健康宣教上的差异。结果:实施护士分层管理后,护理质量、护士的工作满意率和住院患者满意率均较实施前有明显提高。结论:实施护士分层管理,实现了人力资源的合理调配和科学管理,充分发挥每位护士的潜能,调动了护士的工作积极性,提高了患者的满意率,促进了护理质量的持续改进。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the effect of nursing staff’s hierarchical management mode on improving nursing quality. Methods: Seventy-two clinical nurses from 5 wards in our hospital were selected for stratified management. Based on the nursing staff’s different qualifications, academic qualifications, professional titles, working ability and different job responsibilities, the satisfaction rate of nurses and patients before and after the implementation of the stratification management was statistically analyzed, and the nursing quality, service attitude, basic nursing, Health education differences. Results: After the nurses were administered in different levels, the quality of nursing, job satisfaction rate of nurses and satisfaction rate of inpatients were significantly higher than before. CONCLUSION: The implementation of nurses’ hierarchical management realizes the rational allocation of human resources and scientific management, gives full play to the potential of each nurse, mobilizes the work enthusiasm of nurses, improves patient satisfaction and promotes continuous improvement of nursing quality.
