探讨二巯基丙磺酸钠 (Na- DMPS)对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :用复制大鼠 4-动脉阻断模型 ,观察脑缺血再灌注损伤海马区超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力和丙二醛 (MDA)含量变化及Na- DMPS脑室内给药 (icv)对上述指标的影响。结果 :脑缺血 10 m in再灌注 6 0 min可显著降低海马区 SOD活力和升高 MDA含量。缺血前 2 0 min icv Na- DMPS90 0 μg· kg- 1 ,能显著提高 SOD活力和降低 MDA含量。结论 :脑缺血再灌注产生的氧自由基代谢紊乱可造成海马区细胞损伤 ,Na- DMPS对其有保护作用。
To investigate the protective effect of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate (Na-DMPS) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The rat model of 4-artery occlusion was used to observe the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in hippocampus and the intracerebroventricular administration of icariin ) On the above indicators. Results: Cerebral ischemia 10 min after reperfusion 60 min significantly decreased SOD activity and MDA content in hippocampus. Icv Na-DMPS90 0 μg · kg-1 before ischemia 20 min could significantly increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA. CONCLUSION: Disorders of oxygen free radicals produced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion can cause cell damage in hippocampus, which is protected by Na-DMPS.
