一、概述 我厂所在的湖北省云应盐盆,地下原盐含有微量铜,在制盐蒸发罐改用铜管后,老卤和产品盐中含铜量都有一定程度的增加,分析测定卤水中的微量铜,不仅是保证产品盐质量的必要手段,而且是鉴定蒸发罐铜管在生产过程中腐蚀情况的有力措施。 测定卤水中的微量铜,我国制盐业所用的传统方法是双硫腙比色法。在酸性介质中,Cu~++与双硫腙生成稳定的红色络合物,用四氯化碳萃取进行比色。这一方法所用试剂多,操作手续烦琐,而且萃取剂四氯化碳对人体有害,长期来制盐业分析人员希望找到一种快速、简便、准确、安全的卤水
