由常染色体显性遗传所致的双侧面神经麻痹,又称Mobiuo综合征。我们现在发现一家族3代20名成员中有7例患面神经麻痹,系单侧而非双侧,实属少见,为此对其家族系谱进行了调查。7例均经详细询问病史、体检、实验室检查及多年随访确诊为面神经麻痹.并排除由外伤、中耳炎、腮腺炎、带状疱疹、肿瘤等引起的周围性面瘫,亦排除了其它感染、自身免疫性疾病所致的面神经麻痹。其中男4例,女3例:面瘫右侧5例,左侧2例;首次发病年龄16～42岁;起病急,2例病
Bilateral facial paralysis caused by autosomal dominant inheritance, also known as Mobiuo syndrome. We now find that 7 out of 20 members of a family of 3 generations have facial paralysis, which is unilateral rather than bilateral, and is rare, for which reason his family pedigree was investigated. All 7 patients were diagnosed as facial nerve palsy by detailed history, physical examination, laboratory tests and years of follow-up, and exclude peripheral facial paralysis caused by trauma, otitis media, mumps, shingles and tumors, and exclude other infections. Facial nerve paralysis caused by immune diseases. Including 4 males and 3 females: facial paralysis right in 5 cases, left in 2 cases; first onset age of 16 to 42 years; onset of urgency, 2 cases of disease
