空心墙式栽培法,系本站1989年摸索出的平菇代料栽培法.1990～1992年经三年的试验改进、示范和大面积推广应用,生物转化率达250%～280%,比常规法提高30%～50%以上,且菇质优良.该法的优势在于空间利用率高,出菇面积大,营养丰富,湿度匀,水、气、光能人为调控,能最大限度地控制杂菌和泥污,兼之设施简单,管理方便,深受广大菇农欢迎.现简介如下:
