2012年12月5日上午,由中国社会科学院经济学部、中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所和社会科学文献出版社主办的“2013年《经济蓝皮书》发布暨中国经济形势报告会”在北京召开。作为中国最具权威,也是第一种有关中国经济的皮书,《经济蓝皮书》已经持续出版了二十多年,受到了国内和国际的广泛关注。本书课题组对中国经济形势和分析进行了预测,也进行了广泛的研究,这本蓝皮书的写作集中了社科院最权威的专家,因为课题组是和国家统计局、中国人民银行和国务院发展研究中心等权威机构共同进行研究的,所以它的内容,它对未来走势的判断,都会对整个经济形势的影响,对决策起到很大的作用。下面是本书副总编——中国社会科学院数量经济研究所李雪松副所长在会议上所作的主题报告。
On the morning of December 5, 2012, the “2013 Blue Book of Economy” and the “China Economic Situation Report” sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Institute of Quantitative and Technical Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Social Science Literature Publishing House, Held in Beijing. As China’s most authoritative and also the first paper on China’s economy, the “Economic Blue Book” has been published continuously for over 20 years and has received wide-ranging domestic and international attention. The task force on this book made a prediction of China’s economic situation and analysis and conducted extensive research. The writing of this blue book focused on the most authoritative experts of the Academy of Social Sciences because the research group is in charge of working with the National Bureau of Statistics, the People’s Bank of China and the State Council Development Research Center and other authoritative institutions to conduct joint research, so its content, its judgments on the future trends, will have an impact on the overall economic situation, played a significant role in decision-making. The following is the deputy editor of the book - CASS Institute of Quantitative Economics, deputy director Li Xuesong made a keynote speech at the meeting.
