UO_2燃料芯块的总氢量(氢、水等)的测定是核燃料元件生产中一项十分重要的质量检验。本文介绍用高温真空析出UO_2芯块中的氢、水和碳氢化合物气体,借助于700℃的铀还原炉还原出水和碳氢化合物中的氢,用质谱计测定总的氢量。投样器确保了芯块中的水份全部纳入总氢结果。用已知水含量的UO_2芯块测的回收率为91~104%,检测灵敏度为0.2ppm,实验误差分析表明:测定结果的准确度好于±15%。
Determination of the total hydrogen content (hydrogen, water, etc.) of UO_2 fuel pellets is a very important quality test in the production of nuclear fuel components. In this paper, hydrogen, water and hydrocarbon gas in UO 2 pellets are precipitated by high temperature vacuum. The hydrogen in effluent and hydrocarbon is reduced by means of uranium reduction furnace at 700 ℃. The total hydrogen content is measured by mass spectrometer. The injector ensures that the moisture in the pellets is fully incorporated into the total hydrogen results. The recovery of UO 2 pellets with known water content was 91 ~ 104% and the detection sensitivity was 0.2ppm. The experimental error analysis showed that the accuracy of the determination was better than ± 15%.
