建立了离子色谱(IC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用测定饲料中Cr(Ⅵ)的方法。样品经震荡提取后,以100 mmol/L NH_4NO_3(p H 7.5)为流动相,在Ion Pac AS19(4×250 mm)色谱柱上分离后测定。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)在0~50μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r~2)大于0.9990,检出限为0.3μg/L。在3,4.5和6μg/L 3个浓度添加水平的回收率在80%~120%之间,相对标准偏差为0.86%~3.3%。方法适用于饲料中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定。
A method for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) in feed by ion chromatography (IC) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. After the sample was extracted by shaking, the sample was separated on a Ion Pac AS19 (4 × 250 mm) column with 100 mmol / L NH_4NO_3 (p H 7.5) as the mobile phase. The results showed that Cr (Ⅵ) had a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 50 μg / L with a correlation coefficient (r ~ 2) greater than 0.9990 and a detection limit of 0.3 μg / L. The recoveries at the concentrations of 3, 4, 5 and 6 μg / L were between 80% and 120% with relative standard deviations of 0.86% ~ 3.3%. The method is suitable for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) in feed.
