目的:研究接骨木Sambucus williamsii茎枝的化学成分。方法:采用60%乙醇提取,经D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20,ODS,制备型HPLC等各种现代分离手段,对接骨木中的木脂素类成分进行分离纯化,用波谱学方法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到了7个木脂素类化合物,包括erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-sinapyl ether(1),1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4″-(3-hydroxy-propyl)-2″,6″-dimethoxyphenoxy]propane-1,3-diol(2),异落叶松树脂醇(3),bursel-ignan(4),lyoniresinol(5),5-甲氧基-异落叶松树脂醇(6),环橄榄树脂素(7)。结论:化合物1~7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Sambucus williamsii stems. METHODS: The 60% ethanol extracts were used to separate and purify the lignans in Sambucus nigra by various methods such as D101 macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and preparative HPLC. Methods The structures of the obtained compounds were identified. Results: Seven lignan compounds were isolated, including erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-sinapyl ether(1), 1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4′′ -(3-hydroxy-propyl)-2“,6”-dimethoxyphenoxy]propane-1,3-diol(2),isolareng resin alcohol (3),bursel-ignan (4),lyoniresinol (5),5 - Methoxy-isoLarison resin alcohol (6), Cyclopentanin (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1-7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
