国家电监会研究室电煤课题组撰写的《我国电煤供应机制改革历程》一文,上半部分主要回顾了电煤供应改革历程,包括煤炭管理体制、煤炭政策、煤炭价格体系、电煤价格等改革进程,下半部重点分析了电煤供应问题及根源,提出了解决电煤供应问题的思路。本刊发表的《我国电煤供应问题及根源》,是《我国电煤机制改革历程》的下半部分,编者做了必要的删节。
