用自动冲击试验机和扫描电子显微镜,采用多试样冲击和剖面金相法,研究了具有回火马氏体(30CrMnSiNi_2A),片状珠光体(T_12)组织的两种钢在冲击载荷作用下裂纹形成及扩展的过程,探讨了冲击裂纹形成载荷与断裂最大载荷之间的关系。结果表明:在冲击载荷作用下,不同组织裂纹萌生与扩展的方式并不一样,且冲击裂纹形成不是在冲击断裂最
The effects of impact load on the crack formation of two kinds of steels with tempered martensite (30CrMnSiNi_2A) and lamellar pearlite (T_12) were studied by means of automatic impact tester and scanning electron microscope. And the expansion process, the relationship between the formation load of impact crack and the maximum load of fracture was discussed. The results show that under the action of impact load, the modes of crack initiation and propagation in different tissues are not the same, and the impact cracks are not formed in the most impact fracture
