目的:优选百清凝胶的提取工艺。方法:以丹皮酚含量为指标,单因素试验考察徐长卿的蒸馏提取工艺;以苦参碱、盐酸小檗碱含量和浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,选取浸泡时间、加水量,回流次数和时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选百清凝胶的提取工艺。结果:收集10倍量徐长卿质量的蒸馏液,蒸馏后药渣与苦参、黄柏等药材饮片加10倍量水提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选工艺的合理、稳定、且提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Baiqing Gel. Methods: Taking paeonol content as index, the single factor experiment was used to study the distillation extraction technology of Xuchangqing. Taking the comprehensive score of matrine, berberine hydrochloride and the yield of the extract as indexes, the soaking time, water addition, And time as study factors, using orthogonal test to optimize Baiqing gel extraction process. Results: 10 times the amount of Xu Changqing quality distillate, distilled residue and Sophora flavescens, Treats and other medicinal Pieces plus 10 times the amount of water extracted three times, each 1.5 h. Conclusion: The optimal process is reasonable and stable, and the extraction rate is high.
