我市直教育系统现有8个单位,在岗职工664人,其中党员302人,副处级以上干部9人,中层以上干部62人。近几年来,市教育局党组用“三个代表”重要思想和十六大精神武装党员干部,创新机制,建章立制,从严治党,高标准、科学化地开展组织工作和党建工作,使干部党员队伍素质得到明显提高。 建立完善干部党员“三学”制度,强化素质建设。市教育局党组制定了党员干部学习计划,建立了“述学、评学、考学”三学制度,规定每位干部党员每年自学笔记不少于3万字,调研文章不少于2篇,下基层不少于40天。通过辅导讲座、典型发言、自学讨论、论文评选等30多项活动,抓好“三个代表”重要思想和十六大精神学习,抓好党风党纪教育和优良传统作风教育,强化党员
