近年来发现,许多非甲状腺疾病患者甲状腺功能试验可出现异常,血清T_3、T_4水平降低,rT_3增高。一些危重病人的病情严重程度及病死率也与T_3、T_4水平有一定的相关性。恶性肿瘤机体代谢状态发生改变,可影响甲状腺功能。本文观察117例恶性肿瘤患者甲状腺激素的变化,并对其临床意义作初步探讨。1 资料与方法1.1 正常组 32例,男19例,女13例,年龄36岁~67岁,平均56岁。均为查体健康者。1.2 恶性肿瘤 107例,男82例,女25例,年龄32岁~78岁,平均61岁。均经病理、X线、B超检查确诊。2 方法均用放射免疫法测定。专人操作并行质控。3 结果3.1 正常人和恶性肿瘤病人甲状腺激素的测定结果见附表。正常人经统计学处理男、女性别之间,血清T_3、T_4、rT_3、T_3/rT_3、TSH均无显著性差异(P
In recent years, many patients with non-thyroid diseases have abnormal thyroid function tests, with lower serum T 3 and T 4 levels and higher rT 3 levels. The severity and mortality of some critically ill patients also have a certain correlation with T3 and T4 levels. Changes in the metabolic state of malignant tumors can affect thyroid function. This article observed 117 cases of malignant tumor patients with thyroid hormone changes, and its clinical significance for a preliminary discussion. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The normal group of 32 patients, 19 males and 13 females, aged 36 to 67 years, an average of 56 years old. All are physically healthy. 1.2 Malignant tumors 107 patients, 82 males and 25 females, aged 32 to 78 years, mean 61 years old. All patients were diagnosed by pathology, X-ray and B-ultrasound. 2 Methods are determined by radioimmunoassay. Specialist operation parallel quality control. 3 Results 3.1 The results of the determination of thyroid hormones in normal and malignant patients are shown in the attached table. In normal subjects, there were no significant differences in serum T_3, T_4, rT_3, T_3/rT_3, and TSH between men and women.
