用透析方法分离地龙胶囊并观察了可透析组分时MGc803胃癌细胞~3H-TdR参入的影响。实验结果如下:(1)该组分可抑制胃癌细胞的。~3H-TdR参入(实验组1776±217cpm,对照组2118±183cpm,P<0.005);(2)该组分经56℃加热0.5h,上述抑制作用仍然存在(加热组1808±407cpm,对照组2118±183cpm,P<0.05);(3)该组分加热与否对胃癌细胞~3H-TdR参入的抑制作用无显著差别(实验组1776±217cpm,加热组1808±407cpm,P>0.50)。这些结果表明,地龙胶囊透析组分具有直接抑制MGc803胃癌细胞的生长作用。该作用不因加热而消失,提示地龙胶囊透析组分具有一定的耐热性。
Sediment capsules were separated by dialysis and the effects of ~3H-TdR involvement on MGc803 gastric cancer cells were observed. The experimental results are as follows: (1) This component can inhibit gastric cancer cells. ~3H-TdR incorporation (experimental group, 1776 ± 217 cpm, control group, 2118 ± 183 cpm, P <0.005); (2) The above-mentioned inhibitory effect was still present when the component was heated at 56°C for 0.5 h (heating group was 1808 ± 407 cpm; control group 2118 ± 183 cpm, P <0.05); (3) Whether this component was heated or not had a significant inhibitory effect on the incorporation of ~3H-TdR in gastric cancer cells (1776 ± 217 cpm in the experimental group and 1808 ± 407 cpm in the heating group, P> 0.50). These results indicate that the dialysis component of Dilong Capsules has a direct inhibitory effect on the growth of MGc803 gastric cancer cells. This effect does not disappear due to heating, suggesting that Diamane capsules have certain heat resistance.
