数字化时代的营销创意呈现出怎样的趋势?我们从中国CMO俱乐部“2013中国最佳数字营销创意”入围案例的剖析中管窥一二。技术为营销注入了许多新鲜元素,而营销往往还没有找到应对的方法——但也不绝对是这样。一些公司已经开始将营销与技术相融合,公司的首席营销官(CMO)开始深入参与到技术战略的制定与技术产品(或服务)的采购中去。这里的技术包括:数字营销、数据库营销、客户关系管理、客户分析、营销自动化、移动营销,以及电子商务,等等。
Marketing trends in the digital age show what kind of trend? From the analysis of China CMO Club “2013 China Best Digital Marketing Creativity” shortlisted case analysis of one or two. Technology injects many fresh elements into marketing, and marketing often does not find a way to deal with it - but it’s not always true. Some companies have begun to integrate marketing with technology, and the company’s chief marketing officer (CMO) has become deeply involved in the making of technology strategies and the purchase of technology products (or services). The technologies here include: digital marketing, database marketing, customer relationship management, customer analytics, marketing automation, mobile marketing, e-commerce and more.
