“亿品中国”为国内知名的展览设计公司,他们希望新的工作室能表现出他们的工作特性与个性,创造出新的办公文化和展览文化。“亿品中国”的新工作室为花园坊老厂房改建,原有厂房为600 m2,净高7.2m,局部10m。工作室的入口已经确定,厂房内各个面的开窗大小和多少各不相同,工作室需要容纳100人左右,各种限制条件使得设计极具挑战性。室内空间由功能分为三段:入口处因为此边开窗较少而分为两层,层高较高,为3.6m,为封闭办公空间;另外一边开窗较多分为三层,层高2.4m,为开敞的工作室空间;中间为公共空间,一面贯通上下4层的斜墙将人们从入口引入中心的公共空间,起始处宽4m的楼梯往上逐渐变窄为2m,连通2层,2.5层直到3层。这也达到了变形透视(anamorphosis)的效果,加强了近大远小的趋势,使得空间感觉更深远。虽然一眼望穿,但一旦走入,
