本文闸述了现有建筑物抗震决策的目标和约束条件、决策分析的基础研究和备选方案,探讨了抗震加固的总经济损益。在决策分析的一般方法中,作者认为按不确定型决策问题对现有建筑物进行抗震决策分析,目前在我国可能较为适用,也易于被决策者和广大工程技术人员所接受。 文中以航空工业部兰州两厂的多层砖房为实例,进行了抗震决策分析。
This paper describes the objectives and constraints of the existing building’s earthquake-resistance decision-making, basic research and alternatives for decision-making analysis, and discusses the total economic gains and losses of seismic strengthening. In the general method of decision analysis, the author believes that the earthquake-resistance decision analysis of existing buildings based on uncertain decision-making problems may be more applicable in China, and is also easily accepted by decision-makers and the majority of engineering and technical personnel. Taking the multi-story brick houses of the Lanzhou two plants of the Ministry of Aeronautic Industry as an example, the paper made a decision analysis on earthquake resistance.
