目的 寻找简便、灵敏度高、无创伤性的诊断原发乳腺癌的方法 ,了解 99Tcm- MIBI显像对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法 对 133例患者进行了 99Tcm- MIBI乳腺显像。同时与红外线扫描进行了比较。结果 133例中乳腺癌 6 3例 ,良性肿块 70例。灵敏度 85 .7% ,特异性 80 .0 % ,诊断符合率 82 .7%。结论 99Tcm- MIBI对乳腺肿块良、恶性的诊断有一定的价值 ,优于红外线扫描检查。对区域淋巴结癌转移的诊断也有一定价值。但慢性乳腺炎假阳性率高 ,鉴别诊断有困难。
Objective To find a simple, sensitive and noninvasive method for the diagnosis of primary breast cancer and to understand the value of 99Tcm-MIBI imaging in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 133 patients underwent 99Tcm-MIBI breast imaging. At the same time compared with infrared scanning. Results 133 cases of breast cancer 63 cases, 70 cases of benign mass. The sensitivity was 85.7%, the specificity was 80.0%, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 82.7%. Conclusion 99Tcm-MIBI has some value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses, which is better than infrared scanning. The diagnosis of regional lymph node metastasis also has some value. However, the false positive rate of chronic mastitis, differential diagnosis difficult.
