新课标明确指出:“在加大思维容量的同时,扩大有效信息量的传递,课文阅读与课外阅读要紧密结合。要指导学生到更广阔的阅读天地中获取信息,丰富知识,陶冶情操。”要变“教教材”为“用教材教”。在教材实施中,有效地文本拓展将使语文课堂变得丰富、灵动、充满活力,但在实际操作中,往往出现文本拓展的非常态现象,甚至异化,走向极端。文本拓展反而成了新课改课堂信手可贴的一张标签。
