针对高炉煤气吸收法脱碳富集,实验研究了复合有机胺溶液对CO2的解吸特性。分别研究了吸收CO2达到饱和的二元复合有机胺DEA-DETA、DEA-TETA、MDEA-DETA、MDEA-TETA溶液的解吸曲线。结果表明,与DEA溶液相比,DEA-DETA溶液解吸速率峰值提高约33.6%,对应的解吸温度下降约4℃;DEA-TETA溶液解吸速率峰值提高约26.8%,对应的解吸温度相近。与MDEA溶液相比,MDEA-DETA溶液在70.1~77.8℃温度区间内解吸速率有所提高,MDEA-TETA溶液在66.9~90℃温度区间内解吸速率有所提高。4种复合有机胺溶液的解吸速率峰值分布为:7.533mL/s(MDEA-TETA)>6.806mL/s(MDEA-DETA)>5.603mL/s(DEA-DETA)>5.317mL/s(DEA-TETA);解吸速率峰值对应的解吸温度分布为:90.3℃(DEADETA)<90.9℃(MDEA-DETA)<91.8℃(MDEA-TETA)<94.6℃(DEA-TETA)。
Aiming at the decarbonization and enrichment of blast furnace gas absorption method, the desorption characteristics of composite organic amine solution to CO2 was experimentally studied. The desorption curves of DEA-DETA, DEA-TETA, MDEA-DETA and MDEA-TETA solution were studied respectively. The results showed that the desorption rate of DEA-DETA solution increased by about 33.6% and the desorption temperature decreased by about 4 ℃ compared with DEA solution. The desorption rate of DEA-TETA solution increased by about 26.8% and the corresponding desorption temperatures were similar. Compared with MDEA solution, the desorption rate of MDEA-DETA solution in the temperature range of 70.1 ~ 77.8 ℃ increased, and the desorption rate of MDEA-TETA solution in the temperature range of 66.9 ~ 90 ℃ increased. The peak desorption rate of the four kinds of composite organic amine solution was as follows: 7.533mL / s (MDEA-TETA)> 6.806mL / s (MDEA-DETA)> 5.603mL / s DEA-DETA> 5.317mL / s DEA- TETA). The desorption temperature distribution corresponding to the peak of desorption rate was: 90.3 ° C (DEADETA) <90.9 ° C (MDEA-DETA) <91.8 ° C (MDEA-TETA) <94.6 ° C (DEA-TETA).
