采用浸渍法制备Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了催化剂助剂锂或钇对乙酸蒸汽重整制氢反应的影响。结果表明:添加碱金属锂的Ni/γ-Al_2O_3表现出较好的抗积碳性能和热稳定性,是较好的制氢选择催化剂。实验采用程序升温氧化(temperature programmed oxidation,TPO)、差热分析(differential thermal analysis,DTA)、比表面积分析(BET)、透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscopy,TEM)和程序升温还原(thermogravi-metric analysis-temperatureprogrammed reaction,TGA-TPR)对催化剂表征发现:添加锂的Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂促进了积碳的气化反应,抑制了积碳的石墨化,其原因是助剂Li的添加一方面抑制了高温下活性组分Ni的烧结积碳;另一方面,Li的添加抑制了酮化聚合反应的发生,从而减少积碳的形成。
Ni / γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. The effect of catalyst additive lithium or yttrium on steam reforming of acetic acid was investigated. The results show that Ni / γ-Al_2O_3 with addition of lithium alkali exhibits good anti-carbon deposition and thermal stability, which is a good catalyst for hydrogen production. The temperature programmed oxidation (TPO), differential thermal analysis (DTA), BET, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravi-metric analysis -peratureprogrammed reaction (TGA-TPR). The results showed that the Ni / γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst with lithium promoted the gasification reaction of carbon deposition and inhibited the graphitization of carbon deposition. The reason for this is that the addition of Li as an additive inhibited On the other hand, the addition of Li inhibits the occurrence of keton polymerization and thus reduces the formation of carbon deposits.
