个人简介及主要论文著作:刘邦驰,男,1933年生,四川开江人,中共党员,教授,财政金融学家。1960年毕业于四川财经学院(西南财经大学前身)财政系财政与信贷专业,留校至今,一直从事高校财政金融教学和研究工作。1993年被国务院学位委员会批准为博士生导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。曾多次被评为西南财经大学优秀共产党员。曾任西南财经大学财政系主任、财政税务学院副院长、校学位委员会委员、校学术委员会委员。现任西南财经大学财政经济研究所所长、财税学院学
