在十余年小学班主任工作中,我带过的学生很多,有的质朴敦厚,有的活泼调皮,有的机灵敏捷,有的憨厚老实……面对家庭背景不同、性格特征各异的学生,既要搞好教学,又要做好班级管理工作,其中的甘苦,只有真正体验过方能知晓。总结十余年班主任工作经验,我最想说的只有一句话:“做班主任就要练就一张婆婆嘴,怀揣一颗妈妈心。”在不厌其烦地对学生做好思想教育的同时,全心地爱护学生,从心底真正把学生看作自己的孩子。
