利用自行研制的喷粉装置,进行了喷粉处理对铁水脱硫、脱氧净化效果的试验研究.结果表明,喷粉处理具有突出的净化作用,在脱硫的同时,使氧含量显著降低.这对球铁生产是极为有利的:经喷粉处理,活性CaO的脱硫率与CaC2的脱硫率相近,使得CaO取代CaC2成为可能;同时喷粉处理使硫趋于均匀分布,降低硫偏析。
Using self-developed dusting device, the effect of dusting treatment on hot metal desulphurization and deoxidation was studied. The results show that the dusting treatment has a prominent role in purification, while desulfurization, the oxygen content was significantly reduced. This is extremely beneficial to the production of ductile iron: the desulfurization rate of active CaO is similar to the desulfurization rate of CaC2 by dusting treatment, which makes it possible to replace CaC2 by CaO; meanwhile, the dust distribution tends to make the sulfur evenly distributed and reduce the sulfur segregation.
