高校教师承担着学生健康成长指导者和引路人的责任,体现着高学历高知识分子的特性,同时,在教育教学、科学研究和服务社会方面具有较为广泛的影响。但是,由于多重角色的限制,思想政治教育弱化,党员考核评价机制尚未完全建立,限制了高校教师党员先锋模范作用的发挥。因此必须加强理论学习、党支部建设、党员量化考评和选树典型,加强教师党员的教育管理,充分发挥立德树人的作用。
