观测原发性肝癌患者经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TAE)+32P内照射治疗后免疫功能状态改变。方法检测23例TAN+32P治疗后原发性肝癌患者和20例健康献血员血液可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)、辅助T淋巴细胞、抑制T淋巴细胞。结果原发性肝癌患者Th细胞比健康对照组显著下降(P<0.05),sIL-2R、Ts细胞比健康对照组明显增高(P<0.05);TAE+32P治疗后原发性肝癌患者Th细胞明显增高(P<0.05),sIL-2R、Ts细胞非常显著降低(P<0.01)。结论测定TAE+32P治疗原发性肝癌患者血液中sIL-2R、Th、Ts细胞对判断患者免疫功能状态、疗效、预后有一定的价值。
To observe the changes of immune function in patients with primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TAE)+32P internal irradiation. Methods Blood soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R), helper T lymphocytes, and suppressor T lymphocytes were detected in 23 patients with primary liver cancer after TAN+32P treatment and 20 healthy blood donors. Results Th cells in primary liver cancer patients were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P<0.05), sIL-2R and Ts cells were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.05); Patients with primary liver cancer after TAE+32P treatment Th cells were significantly increased (P<0.05), and sIL-2R and Ts cells were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion The determination of sIL-2R, Th and Ts cells in the blood of patients with primary liver cancer with TAE+32P is of certain value in judging the immune function, efficacy and prognosis of patients.
