本文叙述了管式定氧测头的结构、性能和使用方法,应用该测头测定了150t顶吹氧转炉钢水的氧活度(包括吹炼终点、罐内、模内氧活度)和温度。根据测得数据求出生产中实用的经验公式,如吹炼终点氧,罐内氧与碳、锰、温度之间的关系;钢液氧活度与渣中氧化铁的关系;沸腾钢脱氧剂回收率与终点氧的关系。还提出了用定氧结果估算钢液中含碳量。此外,对定氧测头的可靠性及炼钢中应用等问题进行了讨论。
In this paper, the structure, performance and usage of tube oxygen probe are described. The oxygen activity (including blowing end point, in-tank and in-mold oxygen activity) and temperature .
