在毛主席关于“农、林、牧三者互相依赖,缺一不可,要把三者放在同等地位”的光辉思想指导下,广大干部群众在农业学大寨改变生产条件的斗争实践中,创造了“四配套”这一新生事物。它采取了田、林、路、渠综合治理,是从根本上抗御自然灾害的重要途径,也是实行大地园林化的必由之路。目前各地正在进行规划,培养良种壮苗,积极开展四配套建设。在四配套建设中,我们对如何提高植树造林的成活率进行了认真的总结,现介绍如下,供同志们在实践中参考。
