本文对出资者财务控制及其相关概念、有关原则进行了探讨,结合港口集团内部控制和组织机构现状,提出实施集团财务控制中出资者财务控制的具体办法和手段,目的是进一步明确港口集团在财务控制方面的重点,提高财务控制水平,防范集团整体财务风险。
In this paper, the investors’ financial control and its related concepts and principles are discussed. Based on the internal control and organizational status quo of the Port Group, specific measures and means for implementing the financial control of the investors in the group financial control are put forward. The purpose is to further clarify Focus on financial control, improve financial control and prevent the Group’s overall financial risk.
