随着我国金融市场的改革、完善,金融工具趋于多样化,盘活现金,做好短期投资工作,是增加收益的有效途径。然而,收费公路财务管理要以现金管理为中心,这是行业特征决定的。收费公路要亟待研究和解决现金管理问题。本文拟从现金在财务管理中的地位、管理原则和方法、向管好盘活现金要收益做探讨,以期提高管理水平,增加收益。
With the reform and improvement of China’s financial market, diversification of financial instruments, liquidation of cash and short-term investment are effective ways to increase profits. However, toll road financial management should be centered on cash management, which is determined by the characteristics of the industry.
