采用活性焊剂氩弧焊技术进行了奥氏体钢管和珠光体钢管环缝的全位置焊接工艺试验研究,并且与不加焊剂的常规氩弧焊进行了工艺对比。结果表明,活性焊剂的加入使奥氏体钢管焊缝及热影响区的组织明显改善,晶粒细化;降低了珠光体钢管产生焊缝气孔的倾向,焊接接头性能与母材相当,进一步完善了奥氏体和珠光体钢管全位置气体保护焊工艺。
The all-position welding process of austenitic steel and pearlite steel pipe was studied by using active flux arc welding technology, and compared with conventional argon arc welding without flux. The results show that the addition of active flux improves the microstructure of the weld and heat affected zone of austenitic steel pipe remarkably, and the grain refinement reduces the tendency of pearlite steel pipe to produce weld pores. The performance of welded joint is equivalent to that of base metal, which further improves A full range of austenitic and pearlite steel gas shielded welding process.
