连续三年对长寿县伏令夏橙的可食部%、可溶性固形物%、全糖含量、糖酸比等主要品质指标作了分析测定,并将结果与该三年的气象资料作了对比分析。结果表明,冬季日均温持续低于10℃的时间长短与果实品质密切相关。持续时间越长,品质越差,越短品质越好。冬季的降雨量也与果实品质有一定联系,呈现出降雨越多品质越差的趋势。由于降雨总伴随降温,认为冬季持续低温是造成伏令夏橙果实品质差的主要气象因素。
The results showed that the edible part, the soluble solid content, the total sugar content and the sugar-acid ratio of the summer orange in Changshou County were analyzed and measured for three consecutive years, and the results were compared with the three-year meteorological data analysis. The results showed that the duration of daily mean temperature in winter less than 10 ℃ was closely related to the fruit quality. The longer the duration, the worse the quality and the shorter the quality. The winter rainfall is also related to the quality of the fruit, showing a trend of worse rainfall. Due to the total rainfall along with the cooling, it is considered that the persistent low temperature in winter is the main meteorological factor that causes the poor quality of summer orange fruits.
