镦头机是生产环形预应力电杆的必备设备,它是利用压紧凸轮和顶锻凸轮将钢筋夹紧并镦粗的。这种镦头机,结构复杂。斜块口极易磨损,夹紧力小,镦头效果差。为此我们利用曲轴连杆对其进行改造,即把夹具部分的两斜块式改造成斜块夹块式.改造后的镦头机可在钢筋夹紧过程中一次将端部镦粗。该机动作迅速,效率高,镦头质量好,是低碳冷拔钢筋较理想的镦头机械。其结构如图1所示。
The breading machine is a necessary equipment for producing a ring-shaped prestressed electric pole. It uses a pressing cam and an upset cam to clamp and upset the steel bar.
