以空气-水作为模拟介质,采用KC1电解质溶液为示踪剂,考察了内径为480 mm、高径比为1.65的3层气体分布环式气液反应器内,3层气体分布器的气体流量分配以及3层等径式和圆台式气体分布器结构对混合时间的作用规律.并同时考虑了外循环射流对混合时间的影响.研究发现,对于3层等径式气体分布器和异径式气体分布器,当底层气体分布器出孔气速分别为13.11 m/s和15.98 m/s时混合时间最小;引入外循环后,3层等径式气体分布器混合时间随射流量的增大呈“M”型变化,异径式气体分布器的混合时间则随射流量的增大先增加,后基本不变.“,”The gas flow rate of tri-layer gas distributor in gas-liquid loop reactor with 480 mm of inner diameter and 1.65 of height-diameter ratio is investigated by using air and water as simulated media,KC1 electrolyte solution as the tracer.The effect of the different forms of tri-layer gas distributors on mixing time is also studied.Meanwhile,the effect of outside loops on mixing time is also considered.The result shows that for equal-diameter and truncated cone-shaped trilayer gas distributors,when the out gas velocity of bottom layer distributor reaches 13.11 m/s and 15.98 m/s,respectively,the mixing time has the minimum value.When the outside loops are introduced,the mixing time of equaldiameter tri-layer gas distributors has the shape of ‘ M ’ with the increase of out gas velocity of the bottom layer distributor,while the mixing time of the other kind of gas distributor is firstly increased and the unchanged.
